The aim of physical education classes is to nurture the children’s physical, emotional and intellectual development, as well as their health. In particular, during the first grades is seeks to develop the pupils’ basic motor and perception skills. In the 3rd and 4th grades, the children continue practicing with more complex forms of movement through specific sports and games, while in the fifth and sixth grades they engage in more complex sports activities. The various games, combined to the sports, create the appropriate incentives for the children to develop skills they need in their daily life.
