Community

One of the school’s basic goals is the children’s interaction on a community level and their involvement, both directly and indirectly, in collective actions, which often go beyond the classrooms’ boundaries and relate to local society. As of Preschool already, the children participate in selected community actions, while in Primary School each grade dedicates an hour per week to matters relating directly to the school community. At the same time, in all grades the pupils elect representatives, who are their “voice” in the designated class general assemblies. Also, a variety of actions is coordinated by the community team, so that the children participate in various creative activities, interact and evolve into active citizens.
