Language
Upon embarking on their journey in primary school, children slowly discover the use of language through games and a series of activities, so that writing, reading and narrating ensue spontaneously as a need to communicate.
As they move on to the higher grades, the pupils are systematically involved in the production of the spoken and written language through a variety of approaches, so as to analyse and understand texts, as well as grasp grammar and syntax phenomena. In these lessons, a particular place is occupied by literature, which serves for children to cultivate their imagination and enrich their means of expression by interacting with a broad range of text forms.
